All repairs carry a 90-day service warranty from the date of repair. If the same fault recurs within 90 days, we will repair it at no additional labor charge. Warranty does not cover new/unrelated faults or physical damage.
Prices are subject to diagnosis. The ₹399/₹299 rates are base charges; complex repairs may be quoted separately with your approval required before work begins. Payment is collected only after service completion and your satisfaction.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment without any charge. Late cancellations (after technician has been dispatched) may incur a ₹100 visit charge.
Genuine or OEM-equivalent spare parts are used for all repairs. Parts carry a separate 3-month warranty. Customers may request original manufacturer parts at additional cost with prior intimation.
